Featuring a warehouse for storing of materials and dispatching of goods, sitting below a serene roof top garden where people can spend time to relax and unwind during a busy day of work surrounded by a natural habitat of local fauna.
Adjacent to the warehouse will feature a 3 level office block encased in curtain wall glazing to allow natural light and a connection to the outside world. All surrounded by the projects showcase, precast concrete fins creating a unique blend of artistry and cutting edge engineering.
The interior design also captures the raw, industrial inspired beauty of concrete.
